So I have six 7 week old chicks who have been introduced to my hen in the coop and do great! It’s getting nicer out so now I want to introduce them to the rooster outside so they can roam around. How do I go about introducing them to the Roos? They were introduced through my built in brooder box for 2 weeks but now that they’re out idk how to do it with males...

Welcome to BYC!
1. If you do not have one & are buying a rooster, try and get one that is at least 10 months old and from a multi-generational flock.
Ask plenty of questions, such as whether he has ever attacked a human, another rooster (not a problem if you don't intend to have any more roosters or hatch any), & how he gets along with the hens. Observe if possible.
That way you'll be able to judge his personality.
2. You will need to quarenteen him away from your flock for two to three weeks to make sure he doesn't show signs of illness, infestation, or worms.
3. Introduce him to the flock the same way you did your chicks.
Good luck!
