7 week Olive Egger Cockerel in CA

Hey there, I have a 7week old olive egger cockerel (from tsc) that needs a new home (for free). He was supposed to be a pullet, but oh well.. I already have a nice rooster and dont really need another.
The little guy isn't super people friendly, even though I've been handling the chicks daily.
I'm located around Redding ca.
