7 week RIR - roo?

This is supposed to be a RIR pullet from feed store. "She" is 7 weeks old. What do you guys think? I think I already know the answer, unfortunately, but am hoping against hope that I am wrong! And is it normal for a RIR to have the occasional white-tipped feather and dark green in the tail?

pretty big comb at 7 weeks if it were a hen (which I doubt)

I think its a rooster because mine didnt look like that and here she is now...She does have some black and very deep green in her tail though...

Rooster. And no a true Rhode Island Red wouldn't have any white in their feathers. What hatcheries sell as RIR are usually a red production breed which explain the white mixed in the red.
