What age do pea combs start to redden up?

I don't keep pea combed breeds, so I'm not entirely sure. I wouldn't expect to see reddening on pullets until around 16-20 weeks though. Right before lay.

These Easter Eggers are throwing me for a loop!! I think 1 is a Cockerel for sure. 2 we are pretty sure is a pullet. And no clue on 3
