My chicks just turned 7 weeks old I’ve been putting off fixing it’s foot Bc I’m not sure what to do and my vet said there’s nothing to fix it but it seems to have a little trouble walking where one foot is fused and the other leg turns out but it eats and drinks fine

There are leg bone deformities that are common in all poultry that can involve one leg or both. If it is a deformity such as varus, valgus, or a twisted tibia, there is not much that you can do. If the toes are just fused by skin, and could be separated by cutting the skin to free them, that might be something you would want to do, using a good disinfectant, and dressing the wound for a few days. Your vet would be best for that. But if the toes are twisted and deformed, there is nothing at this time that you could do to make this better.
