7 wk old Favaucana - pullet or cockerel?

I’m pretty sure this is a pullet, her brothers have much larger and redder combs. But those wattles and thick legs have me worrying! She’s a 7week old Favaucana.

Phew! She was the first to hatch so I got pretty attached to her. I didn’t breed her myself, but I know the breeder and they have some stock that’s beardless. I’m not showing or breeding them or anything, so it doesn’t particularly matter to me what they look like.

I’m not showing or breeding them or anything, so it doesn’t particularly matter to me what they look like.

Regardless of beard or not, she is a pretty bird!

Nope, she’s from a local breeder. They breed for health, temperament, and variety of appearance. And thank you! She’s a sweetheart!
