7 WK old runt that has issue

This is my 7 week old runt. She is a 1/3 of the size as all the others. The issue I have with her is that she has no tail feathers and has a very liquid poo matted in the feathers she does have. She has a HORRIBLE STENCH to her as well. Can smell her coming. She eats and drinks and seems to socialize well.

Today after I cleaned her rump area of all the poop:

Any thoughts, suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. If there are suspected issues where she needs to be euthanized, then I want to do that sooner rather than later.

What are you feeding her?
Photos of her poop?

If you can take a fecal sample to your vet for testing that would be good -especially for Coccidiosis and infection.

Is her crop empty in the mornings before she eats/drinks? Does her breath smell bad?
You can smell her coming - what is that like - infection, poop, yeasty?
Any white patches inside the beak?

It's hard to tell, but she may have Vent Gleet. I would provide her with Chick Starter, omit any treats at this time. Do provide her with grit (crushed granite). You can try giving her 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil to see if that helps, but it would be a good idea to have your vet check to see if she is needs an anti-fungal like Nystatin.

You are keeping her cleaned up, but I would also put a little coconut oil, vaseline or anti-inflammatory cream on the vent to help with swelling/redness, it looks inflamed.

Coccidiosis is common in chicks her age, and I would start with treating all of your chicks with Corid (amprollium) in the water. Dosage is 10 ml or 2 tsp of the liquid per gallon of water for 7 days. If using the powder dosage is 1 1/2 tsp per gallon. Change water daily. Keep the bedding clean of droppings and as dry as possible. Chronic coccidiosis can cause a failure to grow and thrive.

Probiotics may help her runny poops. I would give her a spoonful of cottage cheese daily. If those treatments do not help, then I would use some Nystatin to treat for a yeast or fungal infection. Medistatin powder is nystatin and available here:
