Now I have to look those up Bama,  I have some marans in now, could be black, or blues.  White sounds pretty.

Oh wait!  I also have splash in there..that's what I'm crossing fingers on getting.   Looked
up the whites, they are pretty.

The parent birds look great. I am not impressed with the darkness of egg color though. They are about 5-6 on the color chart.
But they look really cool. And I got an affordable price

I checked out the site and they are now shipping in foam so shipping at that price is good--Also, it is hard to find hatching eggs in the winter.

Breeders charge that much for BCMs and most of them do not ship well. It is not un common to spend 70 to 80 for a dozen eggs and then pay shipping.

Some have been trying to hatch out EEs and OEs for a long time with little success.

I've got some white marans and they are constantly broody. Silkies have nothing on them! I have one sitting eggs right now for the 3rd clutch since spring.

I have had black copper, blue copper, wheatens, and cuckoo. Had 2 broodies in 2 years.
