That's what I thought. bresse from North Carolina. I think I got my eggs from the same supply. I got the Altsteirer my extras are Bresse one hatched cleanly the other is stuck. Was a little surprised by them actually.

Barbezieux and la bresse using my new Rcom incubator, got temp @99 & humidity @ 67%.

Temp is a little cooler than mine. My wafer thermostat has too much variance. At times top off egg is 101. Did you start on the 11th at noon? That's when I did. If so I would expect yours to hatch later
