Having grown up in Central Florida i can tell u, if the temp gets down to 60, everyone is runnin around with coats, hats and mittens on.

I love this weather though, what not the 10 month Summers here.
I'm from central Florida too, gen u wine cracker.

And cold snap is just when the temp drops suddenly , usually overnight, sometimes it happens in the day too though.

Believe it or not,
I have actually seen flurries here before
3times.
Barely qualifies.

Once when I was about 8 or 9
It stayed on the ground for max 5 seconds.

The last time was on my DW 21 birthday, downtown.
Those melted at about 10 feet above ground!

Been down to 15 in our old part of florida. I was still in shorts. To locals, it was the end of days. And the day it snowed.....lol and I mean seeing flurries, the cancelled school!
