I vote pullet too… We tend to forget that it is OK for pullets to have red combs and wattles too. The size of it at that age as well as the overall look of her doesn't really scream roo to me.

I say pullet, too. On Orps, they all have huge legs so you can't go with that. My BO girls all looked like that at 8 weeks. The pics I see of 8 week roos have much bigger waddles and combs.
