7'x15' coop

A 4'x4' house would do you then, maybe a 5'x5' if you want more space. Then make the biggest run you can.
No but this place is an old shed on the farm with no purpose so I decided to turn it into a coop, I was just wondering how big the run would need to be for 10 hens

Figuring that you will allot 2.5 square feet per bird, then you can fit about 40. Now, that is just a rough estimate using a formula that some people don't even consider credible. As long as there are plenty of feeders, waterers, and roost space, you can kind of expand on the limits. I like the 2.5 square foot method because it gives an idea. Some people use 4 square feet instead of 2.5, but both can work. Proper maintenance and cleaning will ensure that your birds stay healthy, so if you're more proactive in cleaning their living quarters then you can probably add a few more to that. The run size is also pretty good. If you could widen it by a few feet that wouldn't be a bad idea. Best of luck with your new flock!

While 4x4 or 5x5 would do for 10, you do not want to make a coop that is small and hard to access for yourself. I made a more compact coop my first time around and I found that cleaning it was a huge pain! When I expanded I made sure that the coop wasn't only comfortable for my chickens, but also for myself! Now cleaning is much easier.

10' by 10' minimum, but bigger is better. Have a look on fowl.ie and irishfowl.com, you will get advice more suited to the irish climate

I was in Ireland this spring to visit my father and had the pleasure of tending his flock during my visit. He kept a dozen hens in a 5x5 coop with a 10x40ft run. It worked well for them.

Sounds like a good size for 10 chickens to me. I would make the run as large as you can; 7 x 30 seems reasonable.
