I have 6, 8-10 week old chicks -2 cockerels, 4 pullets.
They’ve been on chick starter food 24%. The bag says at this age they can be on grower/finisher but they never moved to the starter/grower, they were always just on the starter. Is it okay to move right to grower/finisher from this stage/age?

You can move them to an all-flock feed at 18% to 20% protein, and keep them on it for life, with oyster shell in a separate dish for the laying hens. See what's fresh (by mill date) where you shop. I feed Purina Flock Raiser to everyone from hatch to death, it's easy!

Reading that 24% protein is for meat birds and can harm chicks. Hoping I didn’t do any damage but they seem healthy so far (knock on wood)

At what age do you suggest switching from the starter/grower, to the all-flock feed?

Do it now. It's perfectly safe. If it makes you feel better... mix your starter with the all flock until the starter is gone... then just all flock.
I had a very similar question about feed. You answered it.
I’m also wondering the difference between Scratch and Grit????

Scratch is usually a mixture of whole grains, and maybe pellets, not meant as a complete diet, but it's a treat, so can be fed in tiny quantities only.
In the USA, grit is usually granite chips, or small stone of some sort, that chickens eat and use in their gizzards to process feeds.
In the UK, there's 'soluble grit', which is oyster shell, and 'insoluble grit', those small stones.
