8.5 week blue Ameraucanas, pls help sex!

I have two supposedly true blue Ameraucanas, my guess/hope is one roo, one pullet (chick 2?). They're approx 8.5 weeks and both pink three row pea combs but one is redder and taller than the other.
Chick 2 also just got a few red shoulder feathers?? Would appreciate any guesses/tips!

The combs are suspiciously large and pink on both for 8.5 weeks old. Although I see no other signs of them being cockerels yet, I think they are cockerels because of those combs at that age. I hope I am wrong!

I don’t see any saddle feathers at this point, but those combs look pretty red.....I would just sit tight for a couple more weeks.....both are beautiful birds!

It's too early for male feathering, but I agree that they don't look like cockerels but for the combs at this point. The original poster checking back in 2 or 3 weeks is a good idea.

Just an update for those who guessed! Both of these cuties are now crowing cockerels.
