8-9 weeks bantam cockerel or pullet (serama cross?)

I'm unsure of the breed, but this one came out of a half dozen serama chicks I got from a farm that sells other bantams so I'm not sure if it's a different breed or cross.

It's always had big chonky legs and was tiny serama sized as a chick, now it's around 3x the size of the other seramas. It's also a bit of a jerk and likes to jump on other seramas if they start flapping or doing just about anything which is making me worried it could injure one.
