Hi,
I just put 6 pullets in with two grown hens in a new coop. I’m giving all of the probiotics in water. I went into coop today and noticed a diarrhea puddle but not sure which one. Rest of the poop looked normal. They are all eating and grazing fine. The 6 babies hide in the house most of the time but that seems normal. Help

I would start by just keeping an eye on them.
If you do not find any more diarrhea, and if they all continue to act normal, it is probably just one odd poop and you don't need to do anything about it.

Watch for more diarrhea (and notice whether it is where the adult hens are hanging out or where the pullets are spending their time.)

Watch for any chickens that seem sick. A sick chicken will often separate themselves from the rest, maybe into a corner of the coop or a nestbox or on a roost. Sick chickens often ruffle up their feathers and generally look miserable. But sick chickens will often look normal, and act normal, when something exciting happens (like the person coming into the coop to maybe bring treats!) So sick chickens can sometimes be hard to notice.

You can also check their back ends, to see if they have dirty feathers (more likely if a chicken has diarrhea than if they have normal poop.) This might be obvious just by looking from a distance.

You can also catch each chicken and look her over thoroughly. Check whether her back end is clean, whether her crop is full, whether her breastbone is especially easy to feel, and so on. If they are all about the same, that is a good sign. If one is obviously different than the others, she might have a problem.

If they generally seem fine, I'm not sure it is worth the bother of catching each one for a checkup right now. That is usually easier if you grab them off the roost at night, and by then you might already know the answer.
