These chicks are 4 weeks old and will only need heat for a few more weeks. They are a cross between a Black Copper Marans rooster and Dark Cornish hens. My Dark Cornish hens are very friendly, decent layers, and good foragers. Males should make a very nice meat bird in about 18 weeks.
