Hello, This is our 2nd year with baby chicks. We noticed last night that our 8 day old ameraucana has a swollen red vent. The blockage appears to be internal (constipation?). We have cleaned the vent area with warm water. When she tries to void only a small amount comes out at a time and she is very vocal while trying. Is there anything we can do to help her?
