8 "hens"

As long as they're warm, they're fine. If you're looking for better egg production, then adding a light bulb on a timer that would mimic the sun would help. It would trick them into thinking the days are not shorter and give them more required "sunlight" to lay the egg.

All my chickens, especially my rooster, are acting really weird. The rooster is going after my dad and is trying to get out. The hens are acting weird too. One is attacking the smallest/weakest chicken constantly. They are all acting like they need to get out. Does anyone know what's going on? They are about 4 months old and are going to start laying soon (they've shown all the signs). Please I really need to know.
