It is a lot bigger and has slightly more red comb than the 7 other Ameraucana chicks

I think it is just wondering because I thought I saw somewhere that Ameraucana rooster have combs that have lines like this one does and it is redeemed than the rest.

Cockerel. It's also an Easter Egger, not an Ameraucana. Ameraucanas must have slate legs, beard and muffs, and standardized coloring. Yours has green legs, no beard and muffs, and mixed pattern coloring.
