8 week old BCM chicks

Is it typical for hatchery quality BCM’s to look like different birds? Lol why do they look so different? One has feathered feet, one not so much…. Their faces look different… also, are these both pullets?

They look fairly similar to me. Hatchery birds can be off standard. Some may have leg feathers and others won't. They look like pullets to me.

Absolutely normal. Hatcheries breed for quantity over quality.
