8 week old finally outside....40° high 30° low

After i acclimated them throughout a week I spent my Saturday morning taking them outside they seem happy and went up to the coop at sun down...they were in an unheated garage but it was time...the garage was super dusty and it was so hard to keep the run coop clean...here's some pics... what else should I do? I have a bigger run i plan to build tomorrow

I think they'll definitely be anxious to have more room in their run.

Food/water shelter, and room to scratch around and catch bugs is about all they need.

Thank you! yes it was obvious in the garage they wanted out lol I will be waking up early to build that run... im excited to see them with space and in there natural element...wish I could've done it all today but hubby was working and I did it all alone

Ugggg I tried to complete this today but it got dark n too cold only got the wire across the top...missing the front n back

Awe, no hubby to help again? You're quite the trooper! It's going to be so nice for them!

They'll be fine in the coop/mini run for the time being. Get the run done when you can, but the change of scenery is already an improvement.

Don't worry they are already happier then they were!! Another day or two and it will be in tip top shape!! Don't forget you will want some type of bedding for the run once they eat all the grass.

I pretty much put it all together and just asked for help with the highest points and zip typing the wire...yes I am the Bob the builder of this house lol ...I just use him for muscle

Yes I am looking into what would work best for them ...I have new hemp bedding where they sleep...I have not thrown out the hemp I used in the coop/run when they were in the garage...a lot of it looks clean...would it be a good idea to take out the soiled chunks and reuse it in the new run, mixing it with what I deside to go with? Hemp is probably too expensive to do the whole run
