We do have growing meal that says this though

Is that the same brand as the corn feed you use? You should email (or call) that company and ask them for the stats on the corn feed.

If they are drinking the water with vitamins in it, that should be providing more than enough. That is why I was suspicious about the feed. I have a feeling the corn feed is deficient in vitamins. Even that "growing meal" makes me wonder since the ingredients list is so limited. Although the fact that it has both plant and animal proteins is a good sign since plant protein does not provide all that is needed. Animal protein can help.

Back to the original question though, you say you cant get B vitamin pills? You sure? We are talking about human B vitamin pills. From a pharmacy/drug store/health food store. I've been to Cape Town and I gotta assume those exist.

And the growing meal is not the same brand. But if we go shopping again, ill have a look and take a picture of the ingredients list

Today my hen started curling her toes inwards, i read online and she has a vit
B2 deficiency/riboflavin deficiency.

She is able to walk and is still full of life. I made a boot to keep her toes straight. She walks around fine, but then after a while she sits back on her hocks.

I gave her some egg, sausage, kale and broccoli. This should apparently help with her riboflavin deficiency.

I don't know what else to do or how i can help..

Can someone please give me some advice on what i should feed her and after how many days should i start to see some results? I've already lost two chicks before, so i want to start treatment as soon as possible so that the rest of the flock does not also get sick.
This hen is about 8-11 weeks old
Please help me!:hit
Would love to see her boot!!!!

Today the chick cant walk Should i give her more time and b vitamins? Or put her down?
Yesterday she could walk, sat down at times Today she cant walko
