8 week old Jackie red ranger rooster sitting on butt with legs out

Started acting weak yesterday, and sits on butt with both legs straight out in front. He’s eating, drinking electrolytes, and pooping but hardly stands up. He can move a couple feet by flapping his wings and using legs. Is this Marek’s or something else? 1st time chicken Mom and my kids are devastated
