Here are my 8 week old black ameraucana,1 lavender ameraucana, 1 Silverudds Blue (Isbar) and 1 suspected olive egger-"Beak". Any help determining gender on these chicks is appreciated!

I'm fairly certain Trixi, Orange, Beak, and the lav amer are cockerel.

A couple more of the Silverudds blue. My kids can't wait to give them real names. Once Trixi started sporting a huge comb, we stopped pre-naming them.

I noticed a leg band on Trixie. I’m not familiar with all the different leg bands, but that one looks pretty snug on “his” leg. You might want to remove it before it embeds in his leg.

I love Ameraucanas, and that lavender one steals my heart. I have ordered blue every time and have received two blacks and one splash. I love my little splash.

I appreciate your concern. It is a stretchy rubber band. I adjust them every day so they don't grow into their legs; especially now that they are getting a bit tighter. :) I am just waiting on the next size up to get here. ;)
I was so excited about the lavender but s/he is not friendly. Lol. I am hoping the next batch will be better.

Just curious if your blue isbar turned out to be a pullet? I have 3 about 7-8 weeks...they all had minimal comb until recently when one got a bit bigger and pinker than the rest. Not sure if it’s early developing or a cockerel!
