It is too young to tell gender on them--Silkies can take a long time before their gender becomes obvious. However, as of now, I'm leaning towards them all being pullets.
 
8 weeks is a little early, 10 weeks is better. But... I think these are pullets. Can you post pics of the comb and wattles? These will start to enlarge around 10 weeks in silkie cockerals. Also look for pin feathers just below the head tuft. These could be signs of hackle feathers starting. It's always hard to tell with silkies. It's very subtle.

But the way, gorgeous birds!! I'm jealous, these are better looking than my silkies.
