This one has a bigger comb than any of the other chicks I have.

That coloring is enough for me to vote cockerel. And then the big thick shanks. Add in the comb and he’s all dude.

Are your other chicks also Sussex? The comb and wattles aren't particularly large or red for 8 weeks. Right now I'm heavily leaning pullet

These are all supposed to be pullets but they all have a lot of white. The one has a more bigger and redder comb.
