8 weeks BS Chick - too early to sex? At what price to sell?

I only had one peachick hatch out successfully this year. It is at just 8 weeks old. It is a Black Shoulder but I don't know if it is male or female.

1. Is 8 weeks long enough to start recognizing the gender?
2. If I sell this peachick at 8 - 12 weeks old, what price should I charge?

This is a photo taken at 12 weeks. It is now a 15 week old peachick. I don't know whether to name it Chiquita or Chico. LOL What do you think? Male or female?
