Do not put her back out. You need to give her at least 3 days of TLC, heat lamp, probiotic food and watch her poops. What I am seeing in your photo is not a normal chicken poop.

Give her AVC in her water, starter crumbles, yogurt and maybe some cooked egg.

Keep her warm, in a dim light and let her sleep.

I'd leave her in for a while longer...Betcha she was constipated...I wound up having to tell my DH that I was going to try making hermits so that he'd let me add Molasses to the grocery order.

I'd keep her in too for a few more days just to be safe. Try keeping some ACV in all their waterers at all times, I do.

She is doing so well! She is out in the coop and run and seems to be normal now.
