8 wk old barred rock stopped walking

I have a 8 wk old chicken who stopped walking overnight. She started out flapping one wing than the other. Her legs are straight out in front of her and she thumps them over and over. I have to give her water with a medicine syringe. She eats on her own. Any idea on what can be wrong

I have another barred rock chick and 2 bantam rooster chicks they are all fine. I've been giving her rooster booster for the last 3 days
