Good for him! Burglary often leads to rape and murder,so I am all for (people)shooting home invaders the minute they start looking for a way to get into the home.

Still wishing we owned a gun.Close contact fighting is not my ideal method of dealing with people breaking into my home.

Wow! I agree thats how it should be. There was an elderly couple in my home town murdered with a hammer. They were the Grandparents of a friend of mine. It was horrific what he did to those poor folks. Then he stole their car and eventually was caught and sent to prison.

Also Kudos to that lawyer!
