8ftx14ft coop

I'm building a 8ftx14ft coop I need 2 ft for storage and 3 more pens for my 3 breeds. Do you think 4ft per pen would be enough for 3-5 bantams plus they will have a huge run and space for nests, roost, feeder, and waterer. The breeds are Wyandotte, Barred Rocks, and Americaunas.

If I'm reading this right the pens would be 4x8. If that's the case that's pleanty of room 3-5 bantams. In fact it would be room for several more.
