How much higher humidity do you use? And, I am assuming they are in a turner..but perpendicular? ??
I usually start at 45-50% for a couple days.
My Brinsea incubator rocks the eggs front to back (as I look at it.). So I look at the damage in the egg, and make sure the saddles are to the right and/or left sides if the egg so that the lowest part of the saddle is not stressed as much by turning. Hard to explain without a picture.
