I'll be sure to update I have a big girl camera so hopefully I can get some better shots with it than with my cell phone. As a budding photographer, that's another thing I'm super excited about - taking chick photos! That's if I survive the next 20 days...

How is your hatch going so far? Have you candeled your eggs yet?

Well, I have some bad news...none of my eggs were fertile. I'm sooooo sad! Guess I'll have to wait till I see a few fertile ones in my skillet before setting more. Sooooo heartbreaking!

So sorry! I know the feeling. None of mine either.

Keep coming in to visit though! Don't leave us! There are contests..random posts..post..you may win something.

I thought about doing that. What if I happen to pick the one that's fertile, though? So much pressure. I think I might do it, though. This is driving me crazy. Oh, and all the eggs are from my girls. This was just a test hatch to check for fertility and everything, so I guess I should've been better prepared for this, but when it's YOUR eggs, it's heartbreaking to think you're not gonna get any babies

I totally feel your pain. I had to toss a few of my own from hens that I could have sworn I saw with Mr. Rooster... even one from a little gal whose eggs I hatched just last month! Go figure...

We got snow yesterday..and now it's snowing again. My Golden Retriever Missy had fun in it this morning.





She is looking for an apple I put snow over. There is our older Schnoodle..Ziggy staying
on the path back there.



She's getting that apple. She loves them.








Watching Ziggy..wondering why he won't come out into the snow. And yes, yes I do
read my dogs' minds.

They have been a real pleasure to have in the family. And yes, they have enjoyed the Christmas tree (way too much, lol).
