I'm leaning toward toward having a pair, with the one with the more yellowish comb being a cockerel?

They both look like pullets to me. I have 2 thats probly around 8 weeks or so and im pretty sure they are cockerels there combs are 2 1/2 times biger than yours. My pullets are16 weeks and there combs are not much bigger that yours.

Yes,I think they are both pullets!

You have two pullets. A rooster would have a much larger, redder comb at this age. If they were roosters, you would probably also be noticing some longer, more pointy saddle and hackle feathers.
