8wk old chick strange behaviour (help)

hi i have an 8wk old jgxleghorn that i hatched myself hes acting strange

when he stands he pulls his wings in and they fall down to the floor ! he cant keep them up he keeps sitting with wings down and bum in the air keeps eyes closed , when he gets on the perch he wobbles,and he looks fluffed up

in treating for cocci even though his stool is normal , any ideas?

I don't know the answer, but the two things that occurred to me were cocci and Marek's.
