EDITED: I'd like to raise 7-8 commercial white turkeys for home consumption in a 8x25' coop with bird netting atop.
Since I cannot have them free-range...I'll be providing them with commercial feed and letting them have access to a yard-waste only compost area adjoining their coop which is rich with bugs/worms, and greens to supplement.
Will this be okay?
