That's an amazing coop, Nicole! I know some people who would consider that an upgrade!

My mom told me that my brother is looking for an apartment to rent, and I told her that he could room in the coop if he would collect eggs.

I did 2 coats of Rubr Coat #57 (roof sealant). It was recommended by a few different people here. It was pretty cold when I was applying it so I ended up having to use a portable heater when I was applying it. (same for painting) I was just impatient to get everything done so I didn't want to wait.

Awesome.... We are in coop design mode right now. We are going to use a shed as well. Your coop is great! Looks like something I have in my head for ours. How exciting! Those sweet babies will love it!

Thanks, I went back and forth with the design but I think it turned out pretty good. I liked the idea of having more space under the perches if you add a poop board.

I used that too and have been very happy with it. Great job on your entire set up!
