Her neck is twisted up and back, like she trying to stick it under her wing. She's pretty weak but was just eating a little. Her head will go limp and fall upside down on the ground. She seemed fine last night; is there anything I can do? They have vitamins in their water and everyone else seems fine at the moment.

She may have, she's about 3 days younger and obviously smaller. Not sure how I could tell, though. Do you think I can help?

Sadly probably not I would put her away from the others and see if she needs some rest ... Try to offer food and vitamin watrer .. I am no expert but it seems like sometimes when the runt is added sometimes they are not as welcomed and gets trompled .. She may have even flown into something trying to avoid a little abuse .. But It could be something medical .. I would not dare to advise there .. hopefully someone with more knowledge on illness will pipe in if there is anything you can really do ...

I would definitely separate and wait and see what happens. Make sure she is getting food and water. When my last chicks hatched, one was deathly ill. Flopping around. Falling backwards. Weird little swollen butt. His beak even had strange holes in it. I fed him and watered him through an eye dropper. We were just sure he wouldn't make it through the night. I'm happy to say he is a beautiful three month old rooster today. He is a little smaller than the rest, but a real trooper. I hope you have a happy outcome!
