9 eggs!

I got 9 eggs from 10 hens! I am so excited. This is the most eggs i have ever gotten. I just wanted to tell people who know how i feel lol

Oh! that is exciting. I got 5 from five a few days and now they are down to 3 and 4. I fuss and tell them some are slackers now. LOL they are pretty though. I can barely wait until my other 8 are old enough to lay. Gloria Jean

Update!

10 from 10 and 3 barred rock hens almost 8 weeks old should be laying by mid-end summer. I am so excited! I cant wait to start selling eggs!

Now I can officially call my farm Highland organic Poultry farm or Cashin Organic Farm I cant decide which! lol

I got 15 from 15 hens the last 3 days. I have 3 Isa Browns that have only missed 3 ggs since Jan 1 and all eggs are jumbos.

I got 15 eggs from 14 hens!!....ok so I missed an egg the day before. haha

Most of the time I get 5-8 a day. Beautiful eggs. I love my girls.
