9 Month Old Welsummer Hen Not Laying

I have not gotten a single egg yet out of a hen that is over 9 months old (probably close to 10 month, born in early June 20120).

What could be wrong? Will it ever lay?

I assume it is a hen because it goes "bock bock" and it DOESN'T go "cock-a-doodle-doo." We had one that went "cock-a-doodle-doo" and we ate him for dinner.

That is normal. Many chickens hatched after June will start laying after the winter March or even April. Depends in which zone are you living.
To make sure will be better if you post picture of her.
