I'm curious as to how she looks now. Does she still lay that grey egg?

Yes, her eggs are still that remarkable dull olive.

I'm not a fan of red chickens, but that soft buff and blue is attractive.

Without the addition of winter lighting my birds take a year to lay.

My Australorps generally lay around 20-22 weeks. All her hatch mates and some of the May chicks were laying by the end of September.

Oh she's pretty. I'd definitely put some eggs of hers in the bator. You know what they say, good things take longer to happen

She is so pretty and wow on her eggs. I am the same with red chickens, but like buff.
