Jack is a handsome cockerel, he'll be a stunning rooster. FWIW, I've heard there are something like 13 different appearances for the male chick at vent sexing and EEs are known for their variety. It takes a highly skilled eye to get them all right. The 90% thing holds true overall but I think some of the easier breeds and some of the more skilled sexers are required to offset the tricky ones and the newer sexers.
