9 week old pullet is sick - may have eaten too much hay. tips please?

We gave her about 15 drops of oil or so, and massaged her crop for a while. She seems to like having her crop massaged. We also gave her some bread with oil, but she isn't very interested. It's just very weird because both girls probably ate about the same amount of hay which would be causing a blockage, and their crops feel similar (the healthy one's crop actually is bigger), but one is sitting/laying with her eyes closed and the other is very perky and seems normal except for her crop.

I know for crop concerns you should isolate and withold food to make sure her crop is emptying. I know you aren't supposed to starve them, but you need to see if there is an impaction or if she was just being a pig.

These 2 little girls (Delaware and Australorp) are still living in our shower, inside. We have four girls who are a month older and living in their coop outside, but these 2 need to grow a bit before we begin the integration process. They are quite small in comparison to the older girls.
Liz Lemon, the sick Delaware, isn't isolated, but she is with our Australorp, who also has a big crop, although is not acting sickly.
Also, their crops actually are squishy, not hard. Can this still mean an impacted crop?

Our little Delaware just died.
Now we're trying to help our Australorp who is still perky and normal, but has a weird crop.
