9 week old silky runny nose and sneezing, how to use injectable tylan orally?

Please help. I have a 9 week old silky who is sneezing and has clear nasal drainage, nothing with eyes or other repiratory symptoms. Do I treat her with Tylan 50 injectable orally? Or do I try something else first? As of now she is the only 1 of 10 who has any symptoms. Do I treat them too?

I would separate her and treat only her with Tylan 50--give her 1/4 ml daily for 5 days orally. Some respiratory diseases are viruses which have to run their course, while some are bacterial, but antibiotics may help to prevent secondary infections.
