If you are permitted to have a rooster, you can decide if you want to keep him. If there are children around that could be injured if he becomes human aggressive, then I would just rehome him. Otherwise, I find having a rooster in my flock more, not less, fulfilling in chicken keeping. But they certainly can be a challenge. You need to have a thick skin and lots of patience. (Can you tell I'm working on modifying my boys behavior?! He's worth it! He's just insecure.)
