The first 2 are both roos and look to be red sex links or a similar mix. The third one is an EE. Im leaning towards roo

from the comb color at that age. A good picture from the side would help though so we could really see the feathering.

The top one looks like a hen to me??? Are there saddle feathers? The second looks like a roo. As far as breed...they look like a cross to me but could be some sort of hatchery hybrid that I'm not familiar with...the other one looks like an Easter Egger to me...but I can't tell if it's got saddle feathers?

Where did you get the last hen from? It looks like it could be an ameraucana, since it meets all the criteria and its white which is an accepted color for Ameraucanas.
But if you got it from a hatchery, its probably an EE. Which is not bad at all I actually prefer EE's to Ameraucanas, cuz when you hatch their eggs you'll never know what colors you will get.

Saddle feathers are the long feathers a rooster will get near their tail (like their lower back, on the base/top part of their tail).

They will also get shiny neck feathers...

You can see them in my Sumatra roo--although he's kind of an extreme example...

Okay--see the long, skinny, shiny feathers (they are a buff color) near his tail?? Those are the saddle feathers...

For comparison, a hen doesn't have them...

SOP for white Ameraucanas calls for slate legs. This one appears to have green legs. She is very pretty (I hope it's a she). I've got 3 just like her and they just started laying.
