male and female Australorps have good sized combs, I'd give it another 3 weeks to be certain.

Just looked back at my Australorp hen's pic when she 12 weeks old and she didn't have comb or waddle development anywhere approaching that back then. And she has a very big comb and huge waddles now (at 3 years old).
