9 wk old hen was bleeding

I have a 9 wk old hen, and when i went out there a minute ago to check on them and she has some dried blood on her neck, it didnt seem to be bleeding anymore, what should i do! this is my first batch of chicks!!!

Probably need to separate her so the others don't peck the blood. A little basic wound care and supportive care. Avoid pain killer in triple antibiotic ointment if used; BYCers say it can be lethal to a chicken.
