I just called my TSC and all she has is penicillin apparently. I don’t think this bird will last me having to order something.

I’m sorry. I’m not sure if penicillin will work or not. Maybe @azygous knows?
really hoping she makes it, but sadly that seems unlikely. If you can (or if you already have) try bringing her inside, and just spend time with her.

It's always worth trying. TCS penicillin is liquid, which can be administered via syringe which will get into their system faster, or added to drinking water but with drinking they may not get enough plus it tastes bad. You'll need a larger guage needle because it won't pass through tiny ones. I know different people advise different doses for different amounts of time but before I had internet I'd call an elderly gentleman in PA known as Dr. Pigeon & he told me .5ml per day into a pigeon's breast muscle for 5 days then add to drinking water 5 more days after a serious hawk attack. The pigeon healed & thrived well into the ripe old age of 21. Unfortunately, Dr. Pigeon passed on so I can't ask him about chickens.
Here is a link, I hope this helps, but if not, at least you're trying. In the few cases I've had any birds with ascites or reproductive issues or infections, they rarely pulled through. Even egg bound scenarios can repeat again later & can be difficult for a hen to survive multiple times. If this is the case, and your bird passes, do not blame yourself, the mortality rate for those illnesses are high, no matter what we try to do to save them. It may be something else, though, so trying is worth a chance. Best of luck to you!

Thanks to everyone for the advise. She died about 20 min ago. Being cuddled in warm towel When I got her I named her Wednesday after Wednesday Addams cause she was small, wore black (feathers) and hated people. I’m really bummed

So sorry. I know it's hard. She had your love, though.
This may sound corny, but after losing loved ones, grief inspired me to do a lot of reading, looking for a shred of understanding or comfort. Not sure of your beliefs, but I'm sure hoping it's true. Spiritual mediums say we take the love with us, people & animals, our souls or essence, take the love with us, right onto the other side. She's over there right now, knowing you love her. ❤
